Super Salad

Today I made a beautiful super food salad.   I say that because the colors of the ingredients are just that- beautiful. Roughly used the Whole Foods recipe i found on line. Very attractive, nutritious and tasty with a acai juice dressing. No photo, just use your imagination. Ingredients: kale, bok choy(in place of cabbage), cashews, sunflower seeds goji berries, blueberries, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, edamame things(soybeans?), onions(white no red).  yummy good! Thanks Trevor for taking my list with you to Portland and getting me those things not available here!.....yes I know this has nothing to do with hoarding....
